Obviously your own contracts are confidential but what do you think is fair for solo girls in the business? Also, what kind of control do you allow? I have seen some people mention 50/50 net split, 0% net - just flat rate pay, etc...
Also, shouldn't there be non-competes in place with this business being so cut-throat? We can try to say its not, but we all know it is and has always been.
