The stats have been a mess for some time now however I was able to access them if I kept refreshing the page.

Today however there system is telling me that my user details are incorrect?

Just tried messaging Scott or Chris but not available.

They really should be letting people know what is going on.

This is a shame because imo there program is great and the celeb sites convert very nicely.

I can't even login anymore.

Anyone else having this problem ?

ya i been trying mine, it took a couple reloads.

Scott told me a few days ago that they planb to have the shit done by the end of the week.

do you guys know of a new celeb program to promote? I switched from juicy last week due to their fucked up stats (because who knows what else is fucked up). I put up mr. skin instead but it's converting like shit.

Give them a chance to fix it. Before these stats problems, I never had any issues with there sites or support.

Hopefully just a temporary issue and as Wolfy mentioned...it may be fixed in a week or so.

Firstly, we would like to apologize for the problems our affiliates are facing with their statistics, it is a frustrating time for all, yourself and myself included. Please rest assured we are working on the problem and we do hope everything will be completed soon.

JuicyBucks has experienced a large amount of growth in the last few months. This has been a great blessing, but we have also realised we have some work to do if we wish to continue growing our business and the business of our affiliates. The crux of the problem is this: our tracking systems are working correctly, however, our reporting software is having some issues dealing with the increased volume.

We have people working on the situation as I type this, they are working hard to resolve the issue. As issues are resolved, we will let our affiliates know either via email or board notices. Once we are back in 100% shape, we will definately do something special for our affiliates, who have been very understanding during this period. I ask that you be patient with us, and good things will come.

Once again we thank everyone for their patience and understanding in this matter, we are all working hard to get everything back to normal. You have all been great during this period and Scott and I both thank you for this.

Not the best way to kick off 2005 but with every hurdle faced you are one step closer to winning.
