    fucking password traders

I noticed this morning a site was slow, and looking a little closer one server was pulling 70 Mb/s! I didn't even know that shit was possible on a 100 Mb/s line! 250 gigs blown through in a couple hours, at least I know those new candid servers are fast!

    Turned out to be www.bestpasswords.com.

I figured this was going to happen someday, only I don't really like any of the password protectors out there. So I sat down with Netbeans and spent about 6 1/2 hours nonstop writing one.

Shit my back is aching, head is spinning, but its up now. A little crude but at least I can sleep tonight.

The funniest shit about bestpasswords.com is their mantra:

"The information found here is primarily for adult site webmasters to find out whether or not their sites security has been breached. If you, as an adult webmaster, notice that a username & password combination of your site is listed here, write a mail to [email protected] and it will be promptly and courteously removed. "

    Ha Ha Ha.

Just as a not for other, redirect the traffic using .htaccess from that site.
You can get software to monitor it like passwordnazi, pennywise, 401 password hurler and neutralizer.

I'm sure there are a few others about

        Use http://www.pennywize.com :-)
SIG TOO BIG! Maximum 120x60 button and no more than 3 text lines of DEFAULT SIZE and COLOR. Unless your sig is for a GFY top banner sponsor, you may use a 624x80 instead of a 120x60. Let me repeat... A 120 x 60 button and no more that 3 lines of DEFAULT SIZE AND COLOR text.
