yeah i was wondering the same thing when i read his stupid reply
Over here (scotland) its legal for semi nude stuff. myself did a topless shoot when I was 16 but the pictures are lying in an envelope in my drawer, it was for some fun as I'd had a shitty year, joined OMP and got in touch with a couple of photographers. I met the one that was the nicest (as in didnt even ask me to take my clothes of) and I asked him at the shoot if it was legal for me to do it. He said yes but I would need my mothers sig (she was there) So we did it.
If you look at things these days most girls at 16 look as though they are 18-20 anyway and it is legal.
The problem with some of the people on this board is that they think porn is anything a porn webmaster decides to put up. Many people are twisted with porn, they seem to think it is a dirty habit when its only people really enjoying great sex!
By the sounds of the answers on the board you would get a lot of shit for opening the site and promoting it around here but if you did it, promotedit around non adult sites, model sites etc then theres no reason why its "wrong"
WELL EXPERIENCE, I have been in the industry for a long time (since 2004), done it all from gallery submission to tube site promotion, Familiar with Elevated X/CMS maintenance, Video editing (Full video, Trailers, Promo Tools), NATS Maintenance, Site Submission/Promotion and more! Hit me up on Skype!
"perfectly legal" doesn't mean "good for business".
I get shit on for this all over the place, but I think that webmasters should use their brains for a second and try to think of how this would play on CNN or (worse) Fox news... Maybe on O'Reilly Factor:
"Filthy pornographers take advantage of 16 year old girls, putting them in training to become enslaved nude models, forced to have sex multiple times per day in order to earn their food... they are trapping them in as early as 16, and putting them into a kind of whore training system, preparing them for their 18th birthday where the cameras will come out and the clothes will come off. These people are nasty predators that should be locked up and shot"
Whatever the income that you might get from these sites, the potential for pain and suffering for the industry as a whole is major.
Funny how most the posts are about morals which don't matter, a couple about legal (which mostly are incorrect).
I'm still waiting for someone to point out the processing problems you'll probably run into, getting paid would be a problem and should be the first thing you'd worry about.
The Heron, in the end, Visa and Mastercard (and the IPSPs) are enforcing moral standards onto this industry because we are obviously unable to control ourselves.
Freedom of speech shouldn't ever be an absolute, but because the US constituion is a "yes/no" document, we end up in a situation where the question isn't "good/bad" but "legal/illegal" with little consideration for the overall effect past the idea that you can legally do this or that.
I've been approached by a 16 year old model who wants to have a Non Nude site set up with a members area.
Before I go and spend a few hundred pounds talking it over with the solicetor, has anybody got any wise words about 16 year old models sites?
She is really hot too!!
Leroy
while everyone is telling you to stay away, I would say DO IT.
Other than dealing with her immaturity, and working within the law, you should have no problems.
If preteens can prance around on regular television programming in belly shirts, booty shorts..etc etc...and sway the youth of america to follow along.....why cant you produce the same shit and sell it?
Having dated a fashion model about 10 years ago, and going with her to Italy, Spain, Japan, and other places that models go for jobs, I can tell you that most of the Uber-Hot ads you see with near naked sexy girls and being very risque are in the majority 13 - 16 year old girls. How come this is acceptable?
For Christ's sake go the the fucking American Apparel website (http://www.americanapparelstore.com), I know for a fact that a lot of those girls are under 18...
So how is this different? (not that I am condoning it).
16 is fine for non-nude. In fact, in the UK, 16 is fine for topless as well. When Linsey Dawn Mackenzie turned 16, she was all over the Daily Sport for months.
I don't think there's anything wrong with it. I would not even call people pedo, who feel attracted by 16yolds. After all, they have the same physical attributes, 18 year olds have + most of them are cuter. Anyone selling teen porn with words and phrases like "barely legal" "youngest, cutest" or "sweet young teenager" and badmouthing a non nude (!) model site of a 16y old is a hypocrite. C'mon...some common sense please...
