    Weigh 190. I am completely dedicated and devoted to losing this weight and getting back to that damn studly stud and ladies man I was in highschool. Look out GFY ladies, you may not be able to resist me in Florida!

                                              I'm trying to go from 140 to 160 by this May. I'm wondering if it's harder to lose weight than it is to gain it? Either way, if I don't meet my goals, I will sue the fat people that influenced fast food chains and producers to use nothing but low fat products.

                                                          Good luck dude. I made the same vow in Nov. 2003 (although for a different target weight) and I weigh 40 lbs less now and feel much better. Going to try for another 15 lbs this year and tone up a bit.

                                                                                                              Try being 19 and weighing 300lbs and only being 6' tall. THAT'S why I am losing it. 190 is a perfect weight considering my genetics. I am a pretty bulky guy by nature.

                                                                                                                  My wife is a Pro athlete, it is 80% diet dude. Just eat better, avoid shit food and try to honestly get like 3-4 30 minute cardio sessions in a week and you will loss weight. Just stick within your required daily intake in calories and it's impossible to loss weight while doing cardio and eating good. IT's a simple numbers game. Good Luck !
