In the last 2 weeks (or is it already longer ago?) I sent you guys 2 emails re. problems in my stats - you think one of them was answered!?!

Hopefully more staff will mean that affiliate emails get replied to... Even if it's a small account like mine.

Thats interesting. We are VERY good at getting back to people the same day. I would like to see copies of the emails you sent and who you sent them to. We also have a help desk in the stats area, and a chat board. I see no way that you cant get a response.
