Spamming porn to kids is not the same as porn being accessible through TGPs and MGPs. Porn is accessible to anyone on the internet, that doesnt mean it is bad. TGPs and MGPs do not flaunt their links in front of kids the way chatroom and email spammers do. Same with P2P networks.
