You might as well give some background information on why he owes you money for a flight? I'm not so sure he was in the wrong by wanting to resolve the issue before it puts his name deeper in a pile of shit. Your name and rep is something that's hard recover in this industry.

yeah im a bad person cause i even wanted to pay the service fee's lol.. I felt bad because he told me his landlords check bounced.

And yeah I wanted the issue resolved because I dont go public with my biz when things dont go to plan..

Also I should not have paid you since biz comes and goes and until $ is in hands or contracts.. Pretty much I paid your rent because I felt bad. Lesson learned and I am sure others are taking notes on how you conduct biz.

I do not owe him any $. I did pay him for the 450 dollar flight aswell as the other $ from his bank fees (from overdraft etc) which came to $618.00

The situation is I contacted him to shoot some content, we arranged the price and dates etc (I was a middle man just pointing A-B) when the person was no longer intrested in hiring Aaron (keep in mind no contracts and no $ had crossed hands yet) Because of his own personal reasons and does not even pay myself I was put in a bad middle position.

Aaron had purchased a ticket to fly up to Toronto to shoot (still without a contract or $ in hand) So I felt bad and paid out of my own pocket for his loss.

That is the gist of it.. Im sure he has his side and others have theirs but that is just my perspective on it.
