My brother completed his Master's requirements

...in December. I give him A for effort. He worked fulltime through his Associate years...full time through his Bachelor years...and full time through his Master years. He said he is not going to go for a Doctorate...but he will. He will not be able to live with himself if he doesn't...though he probably will take a break. He is an A type personality and pretty much a work-a-holic.

to him and those of you that are continuing with your education.

You apparently do not have in mind a career that has academic requirements.

Well...I think formal education in and of itself...has its rewards.

Most people dont get an associate's unless thats all they want. Pretty strange. Sounds like a paper whore.

Many people attend Community College for the first two years of college...for multiple reasons...and transfer to a University...and these two years usually qualifies one for an Associate Degree...so it is SOP and nothing strange about it. No need to thank me for educating you.
