My point is that what surronds Israel should not be the concern of the West. We shouldn't be fighting wars with Arabs on their behalf, or supplying Israel with nuclear capabilities. Like I said, I am not suprised some Zionists wanted Israel to have nukes, or that Zionists helped push the US into a war with Iraq. Just as I am not suprised that Islamists want Iran to have nukes. However, an educated person should be aware of who is pulling what strings, so when the war drums begin to beat they don't send their sons, or the sons of others off to war because they believe they are an 'American Patriot' for doing so. It should not, and without such large pro-Israeli/Jewish powerbase in place it wouldn't, be a concern of the USA to protect Israel at all costs, to help supply them with nuclear weapons, to give them more AID than any other country on the planet and to essentially turn 1 billion people on the planet against you on behalf of one shitty little nation. Understand what I mean?

The Israeli govt acts in the interests of Israel in much the same way as most govts do.

Israel also has probably one of the most efficient security services in the world and are not averse to theiving the secrets of other governments (including those on "our side") and also involved in commercial espionage.

Bottom line... it's not as simplistic as sides - Good luck to Israel and all Arab nations and hope they get the peace they want. These folks are the same as us - it's not an "us and them" scenario.
