Yeah never develop a domain "just because", or you will get a shitty result.. Just sell it, and if you get any cool business proposals.. lease it or revshare it.

I don't plan on developing this site unless i have the right people involved, and a plan structured. I wouldn't even know where to begin. The revshare sounds interesting. I've been away from this scene for a while, so i don't even know if this domain has any value.

"Pal" is usually in reference to two guys. Sounds like a gay hookup site.
