Hard to say, but she is interesting. I would recommend the following:
Makeup -- Kevyn Aucoin wrote a fantastic book on makeup called "Making Faces". It was published in 1997 and make the NY Times list at #1. Get it and familiarize yourself with the various looks.
Breasts -- Don't know what's under that shirt, and it's hard to tell how old she is. If she's got small tits that's OK of course, as long as there isn't any sagging. Check into it.
Butt -- I can't tell how toned her rear is. She doesn't appear to excercise, and doesn't need to with that nice thin bod if she's wearing clothes. But if she's gonna show it all, you need to make sure she's firmed up a bit. Nothing major, just maintain some tone in the derriere. Thin women with round tight butts are a major turn-on!

Any girl has potential to have a successful website. Marketing is key and providing surfers with a tight connection with the model is important.
