depends - since you are not in direct competition - there are many logo's that have the same feature - best to discuss this with your lawyer before going any further. Eg. crowns are often used in many logos from burger king to crown corp that manufactures plastic moldings etc.Comment

Well, since most companies trademark the name as well as the art, I would say that they would probably have a valid case against you. If the mark is potentially confusing, then they have a case. Just looking at it, I would say that the mark would be potentially confusing as well as damaging to the original trademark holder.Comment
