I was coming down the street and he was stopped at a red light in front of me going the other way. i saw him, but i was on the phone and for some reason didnt stop. if i saw a car i would have, but i didnt and i accidently went like half way through and slammed on my brakes. he stared at me as i continued the other half through and kinda mouthed sorry and tapped my forhead and waived him off...he continued to stare and just let me be on my way. maybe he was a k9 unit or something else. he had an SUV, and ive never seen and SUV pull anyone over. but anyways, no ticket....good thing too, i already have 4 points for 25 over

Here in NY you would have gotten a ticket for running the light AND a ticket for talking on the phone while operating your vehicle. -
