Why people wait to place orders 2 days before a convention always blows my mind...

I get a box of 1000 and when that gets to 50% gone, I order another box to have here on hand.

This should DEFINITELY be taken into consideration. Anyone who waits until the last week, day or minute is the actual problem.

My biggest pet peeve is people not taking responsibility for their actions, so it's good to see someone who will.

I don't mind people making mistakes, it's those that make excuses about it or don't learn from it that will never get my business or my referrals.

As this thread goes to show, someone who'll step up and admit to making a mistake, is gonna receive a LOT more business than they'll ever lose.
