I D.J. house/progressive music and used to be deep into the scene until people started dropping like flies on the dance floor. It used to be all about the X and a bump of K here and there, but now crystal and GHB have taken over the scene in New York.
It's all good if it's used in moderation, but that happens in maybe 5% of all cases, if even.

AHHH the legendary Twilo, it's been gone for years now. The space re-opened as a nightclub called Spirit which is a dump(IMHO). The last good club in N.Y. was the Sound Factory with D.J. Jonathan Peters but even that party got really bad with both the drugs and music-wise toward the end. Arc(Vinyl) with D.J. Danny Tenaglia was also a great party because the music was HOTTTTTTTT but that also closed down for reasons that had to do with the landlord I believe. And like you mentioned, the mayors definately contributed to the downfall of NYC nightlife.Originally posted by dunefieldComment
