You're right. Good-hearted people authorize more executions than any other Governor ever (including the mentally incompetant). Good people invade sovereign nations for their own benefit and the benefit of their largest campaign donors resulting in tens of thousands of deaths. I could go on, but you're right, he's trying sooo hard to do a good job!
