10 days for a shotgun? 15 days for a handgun?
jesus christ. no wonder only the criminals have guns in cali.
i am glad that here in PA it is instant. i want a gun, i goto the store and have them phone in my background check, and then hand the firearm over to me. same thing with the carry permits. takes about 15 minutes down at the county buiding.
