                  There aren't that many get togethers in London. Every year or something there might be a meetup.

                  As far as congestion charge...get a train.

                              I'll be heading to London in the summer for my best friend's wedding. We're going to stay in a house that is usually used for housing university students during the school year. We're getting a killer deal, and everyone in the wedding party can stay in the same house and get ready for the event. Definitely worth looking into if you are a summer traveler.
