Have y'all gotten your CCBill checks yet?

Of course checks come like clockwork and only once since 2001 has my check gotten here as late as a Saturday. So I wasn't too concerned the past two days when my check didn't show up. Now it's Saturday and I went to my PO box and there is STILL no check.

Have y'all gotten yours? I'll have to put a stop on it if it hasn't shown up by Monday.

NO! Mine hasn't come yet. This is the first time ever that I haven't gotten my check by now so I called them yesterday and I was told that it went out, but for some reason I dont believe it. I will keep you updated on this one.

I haven't received any but I was thinking about it this morning and the past few days. The 1st fell on a Sat which means they prob didn't get mailed out till Mon, then with the weather etc. I'm sure it will turn up. Speaking of which, I need to get dressed and check my box

I'm not even going there. I have no doubts that I will be paid. It just seems like they need to put their foot into somebody's ass in the mailroom. I used to work as a secretary before porn and I spent a LOT of time in the mailroom. I could run mail through the machine on one day and if I had shit to do after work, I'd just hide the mail somewhere and mail it the next day. I've noticed the mail is running very slow since the holidays ended, I'd give it a few more days. Yesterday I received a letter that was mailed on the 3rd when it normally reaches me the next day & two letters mailed in mid December so something is definitely up with the USPS.

So I wonder how it is that so many people had a late check for the first time on the same week? Could it be that the post office is to blame for making so many people's check late at the same time? Checks went out as scheduled this week so we hope this is just a mail problem. Feel free to contact Client Support if any checks have not arrived within 14 days. This must be a Holiday issue.

Corvett I know that you would never lie to anybody. However, if you can't say that you PERSONALLY saw the dude cut and mail ALL of the checks on Monday, I will have to say that I can't believe it on this one.

Now if you CAN tell me that you personally saw them mailed on monday, then I have no other choice to take it as truth. But I worked in a mailroom before and I know for a FACT that I can put any date I want on the postage machines and mail them with no problem. And since they run through internal postage machines, the post office doesn't postmark themselves.

I also used to work for the post office and that's another reason why I can't believe that it's a mail problem this time. The post office ALWAYS hires casual help around the holidays to handle bulk mail. And believe me, the holiday mail dies out around December 23....So there should be no holiday issue with the mail.

And I also got a pimproll check mailed later than monday all the way from Canada and I got it already.

because there is no reason I should pay $15 dollars for them to do someting that is even cheaper for them than sending a check. I'm gonna pay $15 so somebody can press a button on a computer? dang, relax dude. Your check is comming. Every single person at one point or another experienced getting a late check. I had a check not show up till the following Momday, and for some off reason, there was some writing on it with a pen like my house number or something, even tho the addy was correct from CCBILL.

So, my point is, there is ALWAYS going to be the possibility of mail problems. It DOES happen, and it happens ALOT. They are NO WHERE near perfect. I seriously doubt CCBILL sent 1000's of checks, and set your aside. Good luck either way.

FYI: You are wrong, It's not cheaper to send a check than to send a wire. Banks charge money to send and recieve wires. I do doubt that CCBill's bank charges them 15 bucks to send a wire because my bank only charges me 12 to send one. But it's not as easy as pressing a button as you say.

It's worth the convenience though. Try it.

I'm sure the real reason is that there are probably a few Hottie tellers down at your bank and you like to get in their line to deposite all your big pornographer checks. What do you tell them when they ask what BVF means?

Yeah you're right. I probably am wrong. I just remember back when I had a 9-5 how my old employers would BEG us to get direct deposit of our paychecks because it saved the company money by not having to spend money on paper and printing and postage. So maybe a direct deposit of a payroll check and a wire is totally different.

Since 1996 I've had checks arrive late from every sponsor and program. I've had CC-Bill checks late several times and it has always been slow mail. CC-Bill has always mailed on time for me.

The post office has dropped the ball more times than I care to count. They have delivered to my neighbors, I've found envelopes with checks on my front lawn, I've had mail sent back to sponsors marked "undeliverable", I've had checks come 3 weeks late in envelopes that look like a truck has ran over them. If your check is just a couple of days late I wouldn't sweat it.

We are all getting a little spoiled. Back in the day sponsors used to pay monthly and even then they paid 3 or 4 weeks after the month's end. So you could wind up waiting up to 2 months before getting paid with no set schedule for payments.

I never even contact a sponsor unless it's been at least two weeks, especially during the holiday season.

I did notice our CCBill checks seemed to be late but since I was on my way to Vegas last week I decided to worry about it when I got back. I just checked my mail today and there were 2 CCBill checks in there.

Strange thing is one of the envelopes had no postage at all on it.
