Password universe.com has been around for ages. Why are they still up? Are the paysites they 'crackvertise' OK with it because they send so much traffic that some surfers will sign up? What's the deal?

Hmmm yeah, there´s pros and cons...
If ya dont get breached passes stopped pretty fast, they suck bandwidth like maniacs and potentially spread your content - but admittedly, when posted - they do send traffic, and i suppose its better traffic than alot of the shit outthere...
Primarily it pisses me off though, when some of them takes the liberty of "reselling" - by selling memberships to pass-sites that offers free access...thats too much i think.webmaster @ adultlist. com
