    Just heard it on NPR. The mexican government gives it's citizens a comic book with tips on how to stay under the radar of us immigration giving them tips like avoiding bar fights and being loud and not breaking from the usual routine of work and home.

                                                                  I have never seen nor heard of this comic but I have relatives that are undocumented that send much money home. The government does not want it's people to leave, it's a economic necessity for the U.S. and Mexico. The solution is making work permits easier to obtain.
