HELP---What would you invest 80-100K in!!!!!!!!!!!

What investment/businesses ventures will return the highest return with the least risk OUTSIDE OF ADULT!!!

dropping 80k, 100k is my limit.

looking for ideas, have a few ideas and done lots of legwork, just want to see what the GFY collective recommends and to see if its something i havent thought of yet.

Real Estate no doubt. %25 increase in housing cost in the past 3 years in my nieghborhood. Matter of fact there is a piece of property on ebay right next door to me.

Look at the times, The US have a war in Iraq that is going to keep inflating our deal to compensate for this, we must have some inflation in real estate, oil , etc. As long as Bush is in office, Real Estate will be very profitable. Sure, you can invest in some stupid gfy'er ideas if you're really serious about biz this is what you would do.

I opened up mine back in 2000 for just under 10k and monthly bills were about 3k for the T1 lines and staff.

One business I've looked into is coin-op laundry. cash business, minimal inventory and if you're in a good location you have a nice steady business. The only negative is the overhead of water and electricty and meeting the enviromental regs in your city.

Internet cafe is a nice business too for the same reasons. Or a gaming cafe, focus on multiplayer games.

Buy a second house and rent it out. Do not blow all the money on it. See if it is something you like and can do. Very hard to beat this investment.
Repeat every year for 5 years. In 15 total years you will be low level rich.

You have a good income now? Then buy commercial real estate. One tenth the hassle. Just vacancy is much more of a bitch.

-Record Store (sell new and used CD's, , ps2's, xbox's, etc)
-Title pawn/money loan business
-Self storage units
-coin operated pressure car wash

if all else fails, just place tiny ads in your local newspapers

real estate (I don't know what your local market is like but you can't do much in my area with $100,000 but maybe you can in yours): get trailer parks instead of apartments (less headaches -no building to maintain just pad rentals and you get to seize mobile homes if people don't pay thier rent

Personally, with $100,000 (which aint a whole lotta money) I would just gamble it
