From a young age I heard it's best to sleep in a north-south direction with your head facing north. Do you believe this bullshit and arranged your room so that you face north? I went googling for this myth and while I found many claims saying it's best to face north I also found all sorts of recommended positions, everything from east-west to south-north, it sems to depends on the culture or even wich hemisphere you're at. Does this take the tinfoil hat or is there any truth to this?

One other good thing: never sleep with your feet pointed towards the door of your room. It is the position you would leave the room if you were dead, so not a good idea to make it any easier.
