                                      If you're serious about building a link list then you have to be in it for the long term - whoring your site here is definitely not the way to go.

                                      Get yourself listed on The Links Machine

                                      Exchange submission page links with other link list owners

                                      Work at developing your traffic and you will get more submitters.

                                      Come on here with the "it's FREE" crap and people will continue to laugh at you.

                                      Submissions to your site will always be free until you have some serious traffic to offer - if it isn't free then you won't get any submissions.
