I do with my toy business, but we are power sellers on there and do about 700 auctions a month. We didn't until '02, but got reemed by the IRS. If you aren't selling a whole lot I wouldn't worry about it.Comment

If you make more than $400 in slef-employed imcone per year you are supposed to report it to the IRS. Just remember if you don't the IRS does have the ability to check your bank statments and if you sold $1000's of merchandise the IRS will find out. Ask yourself, are you a legit business person or a flim flam guy? If you're legit, act like it.Comment
