i'll explain this in simple terms.

I don't give a fuck and I will NEVER settle with a squattor. I've spent as much as $50k on a legal battle on this subject in the past and I ended up winning and getting court costs. I'm psycho about this and won't back down if I catch anyone trying to leach off my work. PERIOD.

I'll go further than court too, anyone that I catch trying to leach off my traffic I will destroy with sponsers, hosts, processing, and any other method possible.

I HATE squattors and I have NO tollerance for them. NONE. I NEVER NEVER settle with them. PERIOD. NOT ONE CENT. I'd rather pay my lawyer $50K than 10 cents to a squatter.

legally - according to my lawyer if I can get a similar advertiser for their product on my site I can make a case for it and get them in court.

It doesn't make sense to let your domains drop, and then go sue the person who re-registered them.

Just admit you made a mistake, they are expiring because of
your mistake.

i never let them drop, those were owned by a squattor trying to capture some of my type in traffic.
they had very little traffic on them though.

Even though they are expiring sleazydream still has 60 days to reregister those names . Why would people try to take his domain names when they know they would have a really hard chance of really getting them . Hey sleazy dream i know you got a good game plan . Good Luck .

First time reading this thread but I have seen Sleazy squatters before.

After 3 years, you can assume Sleazy's all bark, no bite. The names dropped and several kept them obviously if you check the Whois on them.
