Magic RSS which is a free tool. We have not tried this tool, but it should do the job. There is also RSS Equalizer which allows you to add multiple feeds and group them, this one we have used and it is pretty easy to use.
There are also many other feed parsers that can be found at RSS Compendium Parsers.
