    What's the name of this program?

    It allows you to connect to someone else's pc and see what they are doing in real time in video/demo form.. Sort of like when you need to learn something step by step, and they can go over it with you without typing it to you..

              No.. not to connect and control their pc. It only allows you to watch what they are doing, you have zero control.

                  i know what you're talking about. it allows them to see a visual image of their desktop... any programs running, even their mouse in real time.
