well, sorry then, didn't find anything about that in world history books...
people who called me "bro" were american or canadian mostly, that's how "I" experienced it. And "I" was irritated in the beginning, cause no one called me his "Bro" before. Even not the dutch people, who are my neighbour country.
And coming from a country where you rarely call someone by his first name before you know him for a while, it's a bit unusal to be called "bro" out of nowhere...
