THC is fat soluble, and it gets stored in your fat cells. Cleaning it out of your lipid tissue is very difficult. Many herbal products claim to clean out your system, yet they do nothing to remove THC byproducts from fat cells. A study was done in Germany in 1993 on 50 of the most common herbs used by people trying to pass the test. All 50 herbs failed to cause a negative. Unfortunately, this rumor will not die. Goldenseal (plant) is useless; yet it's the most common thing for people to use. The only way to extract THC from fat cells is to exercise (5.8). Fat cells secrete fat with THC metabolites at a constant rate, regardless of what herbs you consume. You may be able to temporarily clean THC metabolites from your bloodstream, or dilute your fluids to yield a larger urine/THC ratio, but your bloodstream will continue collecting THC metabolites from fat. Your urine will continue collecting THC metabolites from your bloodstream.Comment

depends, if you get a hair test your fucked, if its a urine test get a friend to piss for you and put the urine in a zip lock bag in your underwear. Or you can try one of the cleaning agents you put in the piss or the stuff you drink before you piss. I would personally suggest swaping the piss out with clean piss just make sure its around 98 degrees cause some places test the temperature. Or if you have a few weeks just drink a pissload of water juicesComment

A relative just this week paid $48 for a can of stuff at the health food store "guaranteed" to work and followed the directions to the letter. This is after spending 4 days "flushing" with lots of liquids. Her test still came up positive. She is super skinny so apparently your body fat content being low makes little difference.

Your best bet is to drink as many liquids as possible and exercise if you're going for a urine analysis. Do not exercise 48 hours within the exam as fat cells will release THC into your blood stream during this time.
There's The EXTRA Stuff available which has worked for many friends of mine supposedly.
And yeah, we had this discussion with a kick ass professor in one of my classes a few years ago, was pretty interesting information.
My advice? Quit smoking.
