I have 3 sites with pr 4, 3, and 2 ... they don't all get much traffic at all, but would you pay for links on these sites just to help build your pr?

While its being discussed I do buy hardlinks to add to my traffic stream (most just going to hubs that link to different paysites). If anyone has any spots they want to see ICQ me with the site, spot, price/month, and amount of unique visitors a day.
