                                                                                                                                          The site needs to maintain at least PR 3 or higher. I don't care how small it is, as long as it meets that credential and it's not illegal by any means.

                                                                                                                                          Also, I can not do epassporte, only Paypal. I've already paid out quite a bit so this offer will not stand for much longer. Enjoy!
