Oh man.. I was having some problems with the admin of one of my sites because I just upgraded my server. I called a tech that wasn't even in the office today, he told me he would get an on duty tech to call me very shortly after that I had an online tech on the phone and he stayed on the phone until the problem was solved. Freakin awesome!
