If they sucked for you, it's only fair to tell the tale. Otherwise other people might fall into the trap as well. Anyhow, if they were shit for you, why do you care if you piss them off?

Are there companies like this that you have siilar experience with? Sponsor programs, designers, hosting companies, etc You dont have to post the name of the company, but what do you do? Do you post to let people know that there not as great as everyones saying, do you keep it to yourself, what do you think the right thing to do is?

Give them a few good plugs and see if your service changes.

I dont care if I piss them off. Business isnt about feelings, its about money. I dont want to hurt their business knowing that my experience could be an isolated situation. I dont want to hurt their business knowing it could be ME who was unreasonable. yanno? Plus, like I said im not about the drama or hating on anyone else. I feel as though companies will do well or fail based on peoples experience regardless of if people speak out or not. It's not like I continued my relationship with this company after I was a dissatisfied. If everyone who isn't satisfied takes the same course of action as I did, then there's no need to go around bashing anyone.

Nah, I didnt start this thread for that. I just wanted to see if other people in a similar situation would be doing the same thing. But by the looks of it I guess not.

there have been some threads about how certain companies suck. some will agree some with disagree.
so yeah..it's been done before.
