Mine worked for about 3 months then after honestly about 20 hours of tech support and sending it in and getting it back twice, the fucking thing is still fucked. It's sitting in my closet collecting dust. BEWARE ALIENWARE!!! Go out and look at the review on the review sites, you'll see lots of horror stories like mine.
