If you have been paying attention, you will notice that bills and amendments, both on state and federal levels, have been coming equally from BOTH sides of the fence. It isn't a matter of which party, it's a matter of constituants of BOTH parties getting to their representatives and demanding action. It's a sign of the times, and family americans getting tired of their kids accessing porn all the time. It doesn't have anything to do with the Republicans being in office, because if it did, then THEY would be the ones sponsoring the bills only. At LEAST 50% of the state and federal legistlation is coming from Democrats.

If a Democrat wins office next term, and they retake control of congress, do you REALLY think that the trend towards legistlating porn is going to STOP?
