I was chatting yesterday to some I knew from that time - they are not going to InterNext for the same reasons you mentioned. They wondered WTF I ever bothering showing up on GFY for - they have a point!! :-) I did a check to see if any ever posted here - none!! There is obvious the "GFY adult net" and a much bigger adult net that is rarely heard of :-)
Tho it is good to meet some people and hook up with friends - but as a show, it's just as you say... populated with wannabees, 90% of no value to any sponsor, but think they are relevant, - and pandered to by sponsors trying to earn a crust.
