I personally don't even bother with people who are assholes online - after being around for 10 years I have found that when in person they are a totally different character and online identities are crucial to some for drawing attention to their product. Karma is great and people will get what they deserve sooner or later. I've done my best to be one of the "good guys" in the industry and it's come back to me 10 fold.
