    Business majors: What is "SDE?"

    I was contacted by a company that buys businesses and I can't figure out a couple columns

    TYPE OF BUSINESS / SELLING PRICE / ANNUAL SALES / SDE / SP/SDE

    I am guessing SP = Selling Price, but that SDE has me stumped

    Any ideas?

              Thanks, now I understand why people were selling businesses for less than what they were generating.
