I begun to realize that all the assholes and haters have issues that are far beyond my scope of understanding and so I just let them do their thing and I stay out of their way. Karma is great and people will get what they deserve sooner or later. I've done my best to be one of the "good guys" in the industry and it's come back to me 10 fold. Once these assholes and haters get a taste of all the positive things that will come their way if they change their attitudes, they will be a lot better off
