I am based in the Philippines.

The short answer:
Porn production is illegal.
Doing data entry/website support is legal

Re putting up a business here:

There's tons of issues you need to navigate re how to LEGALLY employ
people here. It's not too difficult but don't let paperwork mishaps result in stiff fines.

Other than that, I welcome you to invest and base your business here. I am Filipino-American and one of the reasons I came back here is so I can help my fellow Filipinos by giving them jobs. The Philippines is a very poor country with huge disparities between the haves and the have nots. Thank goodness for outsourcing. Anyone who comes here to give Filipinos jobs is a good guy in my book.

like $5, it's not. altho im not quite sure with post-production, since some companies here who designs for the adult biz have some sort of fronts while some freelancers works at home. but im sure you'd be able to find people here who can to help you ^^
