I usually prey on the cash strapped ones, and refer a few friends afterwards, trust me, Evanston Illinois is not your average college town, its fucking expensive to live and go to school there. Anything you can do to keep from working at the Jamba Juice or delivering pizza is #1 rule around there.
$5, I think I would be interested in your service, getting a cheap business plan to at least show a general direction for a small business is a good thing in my book. Now when you'd need to go beyond those friends and family loans, then there is my poor Northwestern MBA students.
