If you watch the video closely it is obvious he let them do this to him and the proof is in your statement. That isn't dust from the concrete breaking up, if it was he would be dead because your face will break up before concrete will. The dust is caused by Flourescent Light Tubes that are laid out on the curb for him to smash in to. At any rate, they are morons and that kid got fucked up for sure...
