Thanks for all the well wishes, he is sore as hell this morning, but doing ok. I told him to look on the bright side, he lost those few lbs he wanted to lose. He wasn't too happy about that, since he is sore and had to laugh. lol

Yngwie... yikes, that is way too damn young. Glad to hear you are ok though. DAMN, seems like this is a common thing. Wonder what it's going to be like for OUR kids?
