                  Involuntary loss of muscle control is not effected by how "hardcore" you are. If you watch, the drunken hilbilly is COMPLETELY subdued for every single millisecond that the cop is running current. You might have missed it, but the cop was not zapping him the whole time.

                              My comment had nothing to do once he was tazered. It was the dance before hand trying to get control of the situation. That cop was in a dangerous situation from the get go. Had that been a person, who had no regard for life, no second thought of malice, that cop would be dead - the tazer wouldn?t even been taken out

                                                  FYI, I went to school for 2 years for Criminal Justice, came about an inch away from committing to the LAPD. I know a few things about procedure. That cop didn't have control of that situation is all I am really saying.
