Ibill Reps Posting On Adult Message Boards Now.

Ibill is engaging in effort to deceive webmasters in order to steal their money from their accounts. They are taking the 15.9% fees + ripping off revshare clients and holding back all Oct/Sept payments and yet they still claim that they are having a hard time coming up with $'s to make another payment. Now this new effort of making false promise that money will be coming shortly by Jan. 31st.

I got the audio tape of the conference call that i'm sure a jury would love to hear. No corporate structure, personal banking structure will save them in this case of fraud. They are liable for the mess they created and for all the money they are stealing from webmasters.

I know of a couple larger companies that will remain nameless that got ibill to give up all thier rebillers and tranfer them to anothere processor recently when they threatened with their lawyers etc...seems to be the way

It may be another stalling tactic, could also interpret it as positive, that they´ve started to send reps in the field to try and do some damage control...

Give me your email and i'll make a note of it for list of people that want the tape. Only other person on list is Florida district attorney which i'm waiting for them to act in this Ibill/Penthouse fraud matter.

Be careful and just give some free email like yahoo and such, i wouldn't want to get in trouble with Ibill.

Another option suggested earlier on another forum is an egroup be started for Ibill webmasters in order to come with up collective legal strategy to get our money that is owed.

I have canceled most of my rebills by now so wouldn't be worth much to me to transfer the rest of them. Though i would gladly accept the transfer and not release the tape of their conference call to the media which would certainly give them a lot of legal liability.

I can accept a business going bad and having to close its doors. What i can't accept is sitting back and letting this fraud happen where they continue to process signups/rebills and don't pay our anything to their clients. If things go bad for 3rd party billing company, they should work to transfer the rebills and pay out everything they possible can. In this case, it seems the whole purpose of buying Ibill was to steal money from the clients of Ibill. I mean a company that does $330 million/yr to almost nothing a year later is crazy.

The guys that founded Ibill already cashed out some time ago when they sold to intercept and intercept sold to Ipay/Penthouse. It's not the original people of Ibill that created this mess, its all Penthouse's doing.

i know few programms what do well with ibill
and they receive their money without problem.
but they active programms and pay to webmasters in any case from own pockets. even doesnt have any matter - get they money ontime or not.

i think it going well for them because they have steel balls and dont run away, like rats from drowing ship. from other side - yes - it their own money what they pay to affiliates - so webmaster statisfacted anyway. most even never interesting what billing programm using - because affiliates get their cash anyway without delays, always on time - like described in their programms faq/terms

In order for Ibill to be a viable company, they have to pay their webmasters or else the webmasters will shortly seek out and find another processing solution.

By taking the posture of not paying first in Oct, then again in Dec., they positioned the company to having to shut down in the near future.

Ibill now has no business except for the few remaining rebills it has left. The only bills to pay are any loans outstanding which if they are any they will surely default on them anyway.

I'm surprised Ibill is still trying to use the excuse of First Data not paying them for a week as an excuse to hold webmaster payments for months. I was willing to play ball and wait for my money of before october ... But now, they take the rebill money and still don't pay us.

By January 15th, I will cancell all rebills.

I also was talking to IRS for my US income tax, and plainly told them I had no money to pay my taxes. The guy asked why suddenly I was in that situation ( I could really pay them, and probably will), so I told him the Ibill story.
He said that I could transfer the debt to them and they would collect and credit my account ... Not such a bad Idea ....

Sorry, nobody is buying Ibill's bs. They are not paying not because they don't have the money to, its because its part of their strategy of bleeding out every last cent they can before they decide its time to shutdown the operation or until Visa/Mastercard get a call from the Florida district attorney and tell them to stop processing with Ibill or else.

Anyone that is a webmaster has seen their CMI (merchant admin area) about all the promise of updates to payouts only to see the dates pushed forward and now they removed all dates. Now the latest part of the fraud is Penthouse reps posting on message board thinking that people are too stupid to understand how the stock market works and that IBD stock somehow has value to it. $10 million dollars of IBD stock probably worth less than Pets.com stock.

be careful, if your claim doesn't hold with IRS, they charge you around 8% interest on money. It could take a year after Ibill shuts down for this mess to clear up and money to be distributed. Though print out all your CMI data so you have a record of the money and file as a creditor in Florida.

Keep in mind, you can file by April 15th, and then pay later when you save up enough money though pay that debt off as quickly as possible because it never goes away even after bankruptcy.

well if you read the press release it says that:
The consideration for the payment is twenty million IBD shares and a $1.0 million promissory note.
Their stock is at 0.51, so that would be about $10 million
So I don't understand what your point is with this.

Ibill could sort of end most of the drama by paying the webmasters.

Most of us prolly wouldnt go back, but they could start building slowly again based on newbie webmasters.

As long as they fail to pay, closure must be just round the corner - and every single question posed about them will be filled with haters, who just could´ve used the money they took from our custumers and never paid us.

IBD's share price will be under 10c soon and likely going down to 1c. So the 10 million could be more like $100,000 before all is said and done. That's if they are still trading which likely will not be in near future.

That's easy, i knew this conference call would be pretty important and I wanted to be able to go back and review if I missed something or needed clarification on something. So all i did was use tape recorder and place the mic near my headset. Sound came through nicely

Not really a secret conference call, most webmasters heard it. Don't know if any other webmasters had idea to tape it in case they needed it for legal action later on.

If you have anything credible to say about iBill.. that would be nice if it holds any water.

So far all I have heard is Charles sprew rubbish about moving forward and undertaking to provide promissory notes and the usual hype while webmasters get further behind in the monies owed to them. Agreed, there have been webmasters who, for some magical reason, have been paid up to update - most have not.

Life is simple - iBill pay or shut the fuck up.

As long as they fail to pay, closure must be just round the corner - and every single question posed about them will be filled with haters, who just could´ve used the money they took from our custumers and never paid us.

At this point paying webmasters or not paying doesn't make much difference. Ibill is no longer going to be able to survive. There is no business left except for rebills and that business will be gone in a short while.

It's just a sitting back and waiting for the civil and criminal matters to be sorted out.

Well just for old times sake,

Ya and they knew way back in June that FirstData was pulling out in Sept. yet they did nothing nor notified any webmasters of the upcoming problem.

All verbal bullshit you expect from people who make a habit out of shuffling paperwork in corps doing magic to inflate whatever they need to inflate for whatever purpose. Any asshole can move paper from one end of a desk to the other and show how they are "moving forward".

Any crap posts or "press announcements" by iBill or any associated companies are meaningless until debts are cleared. If it is true to say they feel the need to have people post crap on boards to save their asses - that is worse than the last CMI update. I'd be ashamed to have written that crap.

Ya their latest attempt to buy more time backfired on them. They weren't expecting anyone to call them on their bullshit and find out that their post originated from near Deerfield Beach. Had to be someone high up that posting on this board since they knew about the press announcement exactly when it was released. Maybe was Jason Peter Galanis himself. Whoever it is, they probably know where our money is and what is being done with it.

Kinda like catching Saddam Hussein, it took awhile, but finally one of the executives crawled out of their rathole.
