Yeah I would almost be happy with just that since I am moving to Chicago...I don't want that on my record as I didn't resist or run from the cops...I want to get everything dropped and damages for being in jail and the cost of the bailing of me out ($500 or something like that as the bond was $3k)

Nope...

Even after I asked for his SGT or a marked patrol car....

I grabbed my cell phone and told him I was calling 911 for the police and he said he was the police...And kept telling me to hang up the phone while trying to pull me out of the car...

My wrists and shit are all tender and shit...no bruises but just sore as a mother fucker...

Got pulled over by a city cop in a unmarked green camero (totally unmarked even the license was the normal NC license plate).

I refused to pull over until I got to a public spot and asked to see the sargeant or some kinda marked police vehicle...he refused and I called 911 on my cell phone and he told me to hang up the fucken phone and get out of the car....

I refused to get out of the car until a marked police car arrived...He threatened to mace me and held it by my eyes and I finally got out of the car...

God I am gonna have a field day in court

I am free again...

I am getting all the police tapes of the 911 call and the police car video...

The 911 tape will have the most pull on the case as he is in the background the entire time...
