Make Sure that You Have Proper Identification
You are now required to have a acceptable set of identification in order to either enter the secure areas of the airport or to enter an aircraft. Typically, a current photo identification that was issued by some level of government will be sufficient. For example, driver's licenses, state ID cards, military ID cards, and passports are acceptable, but photo identification issued by a school or private employer are not acceptable.

Have you already bought tickets? Im sure on the flight from Canada to the U.S you need a passprot. Everytime i have flown interstate i have shown my passport when asked from I.D

I am pretty sure that if you are from canada that you need your passport even if you are leaving from another city in the US. If you do not have a passport, then I would get there really early

Just like ppl from EU goin to the US. Got my passport ready for PHX and im prepared to fill out a shitload of forms again on the plane AND a mugshot AND fingerprints AND leave suitcase open.
