I am starting a site with the usual social networking features (profiles, chat, groups, etc). The groups are similar to Yahoo Groups, MSN Clubs, MySpace groups, etc where users can upload images to a gallery.
I obviously want to have an 'Adult Groups' section, but im wondering what the rules are with 2257 and PUBLIC USER-CREATED GALLERIES where none of the images are for sale.
P.S. - We will be deleting any photos which are known to be copywrited, this will not be a place for pirating content!
